Efficacy testing, utilized for Claim Substantiation, involves supplemental testing which tests the product’s intended use and determines if the claims that appear on the product’s packaging and in advertisements, is viable.

Based on FDA and International standards, pertinent tests to consider are  , but are certainly not limited to:

  • In-vitro Ocular Irritation Equivalency
