Messages will reflect the consent you provide and may concern study inquiries, screening, participant forms, appointment reminders, and study participation.

Messages may include secure links to onboarding or eligibility forms and study-related instructions. Providing a mobile phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

Mobile Number Changes

If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please contact Consumer Product Testing Company at 973-808-7363 and press 5 so we can update your messaging preferences. Consumer Product Testing Company will not hold you liable for failing to opt out of our messaging program before changing or deactivating your number.

Mobile information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely for communication related to your participation with Consumer Product Testing Company.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
