Joy Frank

Joy Frank received a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Nursing and Psychology, and attained her Registered Nurse certification in 1963.  Prior to joining Consumer Product Testing℠ Company as Director of Clinical Evaluations, she worked in private practices, and moved to the industry in 1974, directing the clinical facility at Faberge.

Under her leadership, the clinical department has grown from its inception to its current standing as a premier testing facility for human clinical trials, initiating the addition of the photobiology department in 1978, when CPTC℠ recognized the need for a division to serve this burgeoning industry.  She remains active today as the Executive Vice President.
